$50,000 - $80,000 DOE + Commission and Bonuses Title : Recruitment Consultant Location : Remote (ideally based close to Columbus, Ohio but we're open to other locations), with domestic travel c30%. Salary : $50,000 - $80,000 DOE + Commission and Bonuses (OTE Y1 c$150,000 uncapped) Pre-requisites : Manufacturing sector understanding, and recruitment/ talent acquisition process experience. What were looking for You will understand the manufacturing sector landscape, either from working within it or by serving it in some way. You will know your OEM from OEE and PPM from Packaging. This is a pre-requisite for your success and one we can not flex on right now. The ability to proficiently source relevant talent profiles via job boards, networking events, candidate databases, etc. is also something you will be able to demonstrate from day one as you will immediately be given live job requests to support - commission opportunities from your first day! We have an allergy to unlucky people who regularly blame external factors for their misfortune. Through your resume and the interview process, you will demonstrate the ability to handle complex workloads, initiate and develop relationships as well as execute your deliverables.
