SUP3RNOVA is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency dedicated to delivering exceptional brand experiences across multiple channels. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and versatile Promotions Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and campaigns throughout the region.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including vendors, sponsors, and team members, to ensure smooth event execution.
• Travel within Puerto Rico to oversee and manage events on-site.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
• Manage and track event budgets and timelines.
• Conduct post-event analysis and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and be willing to travel within Puerto Rico.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred.
