Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Construction sector to understand their hiring needs. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure a strong fit for client requirements. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding support. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative recruitment strategies. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and market conditions. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process. Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have: a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in the Business Services industry.
