YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL OFFICE ASSISTANT
You're a crucial part of our dealership, taking on diverse administrative responsibilities that support our day-to-day success and uphold our commitment to excellent service. You'll manage tasks such as data entry for vehicle sales, repairs, and financing, collect and record customer payments, and maintain up-to-date customer records. You also prepare and file key documents, including titles, registration paperwork, and sales files, while tracking accounts receivable and reaching out to customers about overdue balances. Your professionalism extends to answering calls and emails and assisting other departments when needed. Beyond the office work, you'll help grow our dealership's visibility by creating and posting engaging social media content that highlights our business and connects with the community. REQUIREMENTS
Ideally, our Entry-Level Office Assistant has experience in Excel, Word, and Meta platforms. Social media knowledge would be helpful. Here's what we're looking for:
